Dhaval Rajyaguru, He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Gujarati Literatureat Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University since November 2023, focusing onthe critical study of Sita’s character in Ramayana-based Gujarati literature.
Hehas twice qualified the UGC NET-JRF in Gujarati (2022, 2023), and holds an M.A.in Gujarati from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Open University (2023), a B.E. inComputer Science & Engineering (2015), and a Diploma in ComputerEngineering (2012), both from Gujarat Technological University. Additionally,he completed Hindi Vinita at Gujarat Vidyapith, Ahmedabad (2023).Professionally, he has served as an ad-hoc lecturer in the Gujarati Departmentat Gurukul Mahila Arts and Commerce College, Porbandar (June 2022 – November2023), acted as an educational training resource person at the sameinstitution, and worked as a Taluka Level Executive under the E-Gram VishwagramSociety, Gandhinagar.
His literary contributions include co-editing the book The Life and After-Life of Pujya Bapuji (Gujarati and Hindi editions), publishing several research papers on topics ranging from Uddhav’s character in Gujarati literature to comparative studies of Saraswatichandra and Tess of the D’Urbervilles, and exploring language usage in Gujarati story collections. He has also written creative pieces such as the sonnet MithaSamana published in Parab magazine (June 2026).
Extendinghis work to digital platforms, he runs the YouTube channel IndianLit-Chat, where he presents Indian literature to students andenthusiasts in a simple, conversational style.
ધવલ રાજ્યગુરુ, હાલમાં હેમચંદ્રાચાર્ય ઉત્તર ગુજરાત યુનિવર્સિટીમાં નવેમ્બર ૨૦૨૩થી ગુજરાતી સાહિત્યમાં પીએચ.ડી. કરી રહ્યા છે, જેમાં સંશોધન વિષય “રામાયણ આધારિત ગુજરાતી સાહિત્યમાં સીતાના ચરિત્રનું આલેખન : એક સમીક્ષાત્મક અધ્યયન” છે. તેમણે બે વખત (૨૦૨૨, ૨૦૨૩) યુજીસી નેટ-જે આર એફ ગુજરાતી વિષયમાં પાત્રતા મેળવી છે. તેઓએ એમ.એ. (ગુજરાતી) ડૉ. બાબાસાહેબ આંબેડકર ઓપન યુનિવર્સિટીમાંથી (૨૦૨૩), બી.ઈ. (કમ્પ્યુટર સાયન્સ એન્ડએન્જિનિયરિંગ) ગુજરાત ટેકનોલોજીકલ યુનિવર્સિટીમાંથી (૨૦૧૫), અને ડિપ્લોમા(કમ્પ્યુટર એન્જિનિયરિંગ) ગુજરાત ટેકનોલોજીકલ યુનિવર્સિટીમાંથી (૨૦૧૨) પૂર્ણ કર્યાછે. ઉપરાંત, તેમણે હિન્દી વિનીત ગુજરાતવિદ્યાપીઠ, અમદાવાદમાંથી (૨૦૨૩) પૂર્ણકર્યું છે.
વ્યાવસાયિકરીતે, તેઓ ગુરુકુળ મહિલા આર્ટ્સ એન્ડકોમર્સ કોલેજ, પોરબંદર ખાતે જૂન ૨૦૨૨થીનવેમ્બર ૨૦૨૩ સુધી ગુજરાતી વિભાગમાં અધ્યાપક (એડ-હોક) તરીકે સેવા આપી ચૂક્યા છે.તેઓએ એજ્યુકેશનલ ટ્રેનિંગ રિસોર્સ પર્સન તરીકે પણ કાર્ય કર્યું છે અને તાલુકાપંચાયત પોરબંદર હેઠળ ઈ-ગ્રામ વિશ્વગ્રામ સોસાયટી, ગાંધીનગરમાંતાલુકા લેવલ એક્ઝિક્યુટિવ તરીકે સેવા આપી છે.
સાહિત્યિકપ્રદાનમાં તેમણે The Life and After-Life of Pujya Bapuji (ગુજરાતી અનેહિન્દી આવૃત્તિ) પુસ્તકનું સહ-સંપાદન કર્યું છે. તેમના સંશોધન લેખોમાં “ગુજરાતી સાહિત્યમાં ઉદ્ધવનું પાત્ર: એક અભ્યાસ”, “સીતા:સ્વીકાર અને ત્યાગની કથા”નું ગ્રંથાવલોકન, “સરસ્વતીચંદ્રની કુમુદસુંદરી અને ટેસ ઓફ ડ્’અર્બરવિલ્સની ટેસ”નું તુલનાત્મક અધ્યયન, “અમર ફળ વા્તા સંચયની ભાષા પ્રયુક્તિ” અને “કાન્તના પત્રોમાં કાન્ત અને બ.ક.ઠા. વચ્ચેની સાહિત્યિક ચર્ચા”નો સમાવેશ થાય છે. સર્જનાત્મક લેખનમાં તેમણે સોનેટ મીઠાં સમણાં (પરબ સામાયિક, જૂન ૨૦૨૬)લખ્યું છે.
